The third tune on our 2024 Song of the Year Nominee list is “Well Done Honey” by Half Happy.

Sure, it is a great showcase for what the Cardiff, UK band has to offer. More than that though it is simply a great song.

There is an evolution going on right inside your ears. Punchy alt pop becomes something more, shimmering along like sunrays on wet pavement during a summer rain. Building to a journey both unexpected and welcome. Well Done indeed.
