“The Right to Life” is a groovy new tune from Collapsing Scenery

It sparkles, bubbles and grooves. That’s a treat for a February release. “The Right to Life” by Collapsing Scenery plays smooth and gives your ears plenty to love with hooks and looping instrumental touches.

The single comes ahead of the band’s March 10 release of LP “A Desert Called Peace.”

From the promo materials: A Desert Called Peace is a collection of songs written and recorded over the last three deeply strange and unsettled years. The songs encompass crises both global and personal. The title of the album is adapted from Tacitus’ account of the possibly apocryphal Caledonian chieftain Calgacus and his legendary critique of Roman conquest: “To ravage, to slaughter, to usurp under false titles, they call empire, and where they make a desert, they call it peace.
