Rock Rejoins The Party As Ten New Tunes Crash UncleEars.com New Music Top 40 Chart (November 13, 2022)

Rock songs make an impact in the latest UncleEars.com New Music Top 40 Chart as a bunch of upbeat tunes bolt into the mix. It’s a quick change from last week when we celebrated the dominance of a cluster of alternative ballads.

For November 13 we have ten new songs; no less than 1/4 of the chart are debuts! We also have some mighty jumpers and hefty droppers.

Fort Loveless On Top

Seattle band Fort Loveless take over the top spot this week with “Porcelain.” We talk about the song in our review of their LP.

Movers

“Ghosts” by The Vanrays makes a power move from #15 all the way up to #2. The biggest jump in spots is by MorMor, who vaults from 38 to 16 with “Here It Goes Again.”

Hello Newbies

The ten new tunes are an eclectic mix. The highest debut is “Body Heat” from Goldie Boutilier at #17. Another stylish entry follows at #18 with “Blockhead” by Ghost Funk Orchestra. French Wave Rockers Villa Congo are in at #19 with “Crash.”
