Welsh Band (Caerphilly) The Lost And Found released their new LP “Plastic World” in late August. It’s a throwback rocker that plays like a soundtrack to an early 1980’s buddy cop movie. Get in, flip the siren, raise the volume, catch those bad guys.
I have a few favorites. “Searching” is the lead off and currently also charting on the UncleEars.com New Music Top 40 Chart. The guys follow that one up with a pretty sweet second track, “Burn The Bridges.” Later on you can tap your hands on the dashboard to “(Whoa) There You Go.”

Imagine the trucker routes of middle America. There was a time when radio was filled with this soundtrack for drivers young and old. The Lost And Found are keeping those rock / pop AM radio days alive.
You want variety? “Forever” is a very nice ballad. It’s a moment to catch your breath and features some nice vocal harmonies and acoustic guitar work. By the way — those cop sirens make their appearance in “The Streets.”

This is earnest, hard-working rock and roll delivered with passion. No doubt the cops catch their foes by the time “Never Change” ends the LP.
The Lost And Found have a talent for expanding on “jams” and turning them into complete, polished rock bangers. We hear you, Wales.
