Six new songs enter the UncleEars.com New Music Top 40 Chart for October 30, 2022. We also see plenty of motion both up and down by songs. It’s a week influenced heavily by upbeat indie pop and wave sounds.

Hello “Deep Blue”

The new tunes come in at places 40, 38, 32, 21, 19 and…3! “Deep Blue” by Nova Scotia duo Long Call makes a very strong first impression as it debuts all the way up at #3. Earlier in the week we posted a behind the scenes video of how the song came together.

Big Jumper

The biggest jumper in the chart is by Idle Wave. Their catchy jingle “Thanks, I Hate It” leaps from 29 all the way up to 7.
