Sometimes you have to work for your music fix. Uncle Ears is used to this since I seek out new and upcoming artists all the time. Many times the bands/ acts are already set up across multiple social media platforms. Not these guys. They took some searching. Because I think “Hollow Sun” rocks, I was more than willing to do so.
It turns out that be is the stage name of a newer offering from Sweden that was formed out of the former 1980’s band All That Jazz (Facebook.) One of those guys, Peter Lööf, is now doing solo stuff (post link.)

Lööf has 3 songs out now as be on a YouTube topic channel (link.) He did get some help from All That Jazz in writing and putting the songs together.
Below is one of the bigger songs from “All That Jazz” back in the 80’s.
“Hollow Sun” comes in smooth and rolling with a Bon Jovi-esque beat and feeling sort of like an ode to INXS. It’s got all the right moves and mixes, and Lööf’s vocals are modern and spot on.
I am a sucker for these types of songs. They don’t come along that often, and usually are generated by acts with roots in or affinity to the 1980’s.
So now that the search has revealed that be is Peter Lööf of All That Jazz, the next step is keeping watch. A post says a full LP is in the works.
Oh yeah.
